Generic Service Terms

• Charges: ₹500-₹1,000 per session.
• Booking: Advance booking required; subject to availability.
• Scope: Includes installation and basic maintenance of Windows OS.
• Cancellation: Must be done 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Registration Process

1. Library Technology Desk: Visit the technology desk at the library.
2. Request Service: Request Windows troubleshooting service.
3. Schedule Appointment: Schedule an appointment if needed.
4. Receive Service: Get the troubleshooting service for your Windows device

Fee Payment

On receiving the quote, you may complete the registration process by paying the amount quoted by the IELTS Counsellor Librarian.
