Scope / Responsibilities
IELTS Counsellor - an Internationa English Languages Training Institute is looking for a well qualified and experienced English teacher to join our growing team. If you love English and have the ability to teach the language with patience and tact, let’s meet as soon as possible.
Your main goal will be to create a supportive learning environment which will help your students meet their learning goals. Through interesting and diverse methods, you’ll teach them the important rules of reading, writing, and speaking in English. You’ll oversee their progress by tracking their assignment and exam grades.

Min. Experience:

years
Essential:
A master’s degree (English) freshers, OR B. Ed in English/Education with 1 to 2 years of teaching experience, OR bachelor’s degree (English) with 3 to 5 years of teaching experience.
For Non-B. Ed applicants, a teaching certification would be advantageous.
IELTS 8.5 or an equivalent qualification. CELTA or TEFL Certified applicants would be preferred.
Own transport vehicle or conveyance.
Preferable:
Excellent presentation skills with ability to create PowerPoint presentations.
Strong written, spoken, and administrative skills
Nurturing, adaptable approach to instructing.
Passionate about promoting English proficiency and academic excellence among the students and organizational team.

To plan syllabi, prepare written content based on the provided syllabi.
To collaborate with management and institutional clients on streamlining education quality.
Deliver online and offline lectures from the center premises and from home (if needed).
Improve the optimum training operations for all the assigned courses.
Maintain classroom discipline and safety of the equipment in use and the attending students.
Maintain confidentiality of the institute’s data, procedures, and policies.
