Study and Meeting Spaces: The Study and Meeting Spaces service provides members with access to well-equipped, quiet areas designed for focused study and collaborative work. These spaces meet high standards of comfort and functionality, making them ideal for students and professionals preparing for exams or working on group projects. This service enhances productivity by offering a conducive environment for learning and collaboration.
Generic Service Terms
• Charges: ₹150-₹2500 per hour per person.
• Booking: Advance booking required; subject to availability.
• Usage: For study and meeting purposes only.
• Cancellation: Must be done 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
• Liability: Users are responsible for any damage to the space or equipment.
Registration Process
1. Library Website: Visit the shared space booking section.
2. Login/Register: Use your library account to log in or create a new account.
3. Select Space: Choose the shared space you want to book.
4. Choose Date and Time: Select the date and time slot for your booking.
5. Confirm Booking: Review the details and confirm your booking.
Fee Payment
On receiving the quote, you may complete the registration process by paying the amount quoted by the IELTS Counsellor Librarian.
